I love the different comparisons, haha. I don't really like RDJ holmes, but he does seem to have a sexy watson, haha. I love bbc watson, though, you did hit the nail on the head. Fluffy, but bamfy at the same time. Of course, my heart will always lie with Granada characters, but I still really like the Sherlock series, appreciating it for what it is, a good adaptation.
